We are proud to announce that the Public Administration Modernization Project (PAMP), managed by the Central Projects Coordination Unit (CPCU) – MoFEA, has successfully achieved four major reform milestones, unlocking USD 4.8 MILLION for disbursement!

- Audited consolidated government financial statements published for 2023 and 2024
2.Completion of the Human Resource Management Information System Strategy
3.Publication by MOBSE of the 2026 establishment list in line with recruitment ceilings and development of 60% of job descriptions for each budgeted position
4.Publication on the MOBSE website of 20 targeted datasets from 2023 and 2024 for historical reference
We are also thrilled to share that the achievement of the first milestone directly impacted the Gambia’s -Country Policy and Institutional Assessment (CPIA) rating, by increasing our country score from 3.0 to 4.0
